FREE initial consultation:

We recommend that you take advantage of the free initial consultation, for which there is no charge or obligation. This will enable us to establish your precise needs and to answer any questions or concerns that you may have.

Suggestion Therapy

For exam nerves, nailbiting, confidence boosting, relaxation, performance nerves, and other simpler problems.  Can also help you cope with other symptoms such as fears, panic attacks, sleeplessness etc, in the short term, but Analytical Therapy will be needed to get rid of the problem for good.
Fee £70 per 50-minute session.

Analytical Therapy

For all other problems, including fears and phobias. Usually requires between 6-8 sessions, but may be up to a maximum of 12 sessions.
Fee is £65 per 50-minute session, payable one session in advance.

Stopping smoking

Usually requires one session only (after free initial consultation).
Fee £170 per session. Deposit of £30 payable on booking (after initial consultation).

Stress management

Four 50-minute sessions.
Fee £70 per session.

Hypnosis for Childbirth

Fee £75 per 50-minute session (includes CDs)

Appointment cancellations

Reading Hypnotherapy reserves the right to charge a cancellation fee at the rate of 50% for any appointments cancelled with less than 24 hours notice.
